Bcozap is a messaging platform that connects you with verified businesses. You initiate conversations and enter any verification codes yourself. Businesses are verified before they appear on Bcozap.

The Service is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data may be processed and stored in countries outside Sri Lanka, as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number you register and for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide truthful profile information and to keep it accurate.

By registering, you enter into a contract with us for the provision of the Service. Where you provide optional profile information, you do so on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using Bcozap for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempting to impersonate another person or business.
• Sending spam, malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these Terms. Your personal data is processed for this security and fraud-prevention purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the Service.

• You retain ownership of the content you send. By sending it, you grant Bcozap the limited right to deliver, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
• You are responsible for the content you transmit and for ensuring you have the right to send it.
• Bcozap is a conduit for your messages and is not the author of business communications you receive.

Bcozap connects you with independent businesses. Any transaction, offer, or commitment made by a business is between you and that business. Bcozap is not a party to those dealings except as a messaging provider.

Your rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent — are set out in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently erases your profile, conversations, messages, attachments, and uploads, and releases your phone number. The action cannot be undone. A limited set of records is retained where required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Bcozap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bcozap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
