Bcoz.cc is a suite of simple, secure tools for small businesses — including Bcozap (messaging), Attend (attendance tracking), Count (inventory counting), and notifications, short-links, and payments-related features. Each product may have its own capabilities, and some products are still in development.

• Count lets you record inventory — scan or type item codes, adjust quantities, see realtime value, and export Excel/CSV reports from your own stock data.
• Attend lets you record attendance for a class, team, or shift — members check in by QR, you watch present/late/absent counts live, and you export attendance reports (for example, for payroll or records).

The Services are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data may be processed and stored in countries outside Sri Lanka, as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number you register and for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
• You agree to provide truthful information and to keep it accurate.

By registering, you enter into a contract with us for the provision of the Services. Where you provide optional information, you do so on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempting to impersonate another person or business.
• Sending spam, malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Services or their infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these Terms. Your personal data is processed for this security and fraud-prevention purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the Services.

• You retain ownership of the content and data you create. By using a Service, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display it as needed to operate that Service for you.
• You are responsible for the content you transmit and for ensuring you have the right to provide it.
• Count: your inventory data (items, codes, quantities, prices, counts, and reports) is your business data. You are responsible for its accuracy and for ensuring you have the right to record any data you enter.
• Attend: attendance records may identify the people you track. As the person responsible for the class, team, or shift, you confirm that you have the right and a lawful basis to record those individuals' attendance, and that you will inform them how their data is used. Bcoz.cc processes this data solely to operate Attend for you.
• Where a Service connects you with a verified business (such as Bcozap), we act as a conduit for your communications and are not the author of any business communications you receive.

Some Bcoz.cc products connect you with independent businesses, or let a business connect its own system. Any transaction, offer, or commitment made by a business is between you and that business. Bcoz.cc is not a party to those dealings except as the provider of the Service. Where a business has connected its own system, content you direct to that business may be delivered to that business's own application or service.

Your rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent — are set out in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently erases your profile, content, data, attachments, and uploads, and releases your identifiers. The action cannot be undone. A limited set of records is retained where required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bcoz.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the relevant product, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
